Interim information as of the end of Q3 2018: Continued double-digit growth in all segments

Zurich, October 16, 2018 – The Conzzeta Group achieved revenue growth of 29.3% or CHF 1,306.5 million in the first nine months of 2018. At constant exchange rates and adjusted for changes in the scope of consolidation, revenue growth amounted to 14.0%. Order intake for capital goods rose by 9.7%.

Half-Year Report at June 30, 2018: Conzzeta with strong business performance

Zurich, August 10, 2018 – With revenue of CHF 853.3 million (previous year: CHF 623.5 million), the Conzzeta Group achieved 36.8% growth in the first half of 2018. Adjusted for changes in the scope of consolidation and at constant exchange rates, revenue growth amounted to 19.7%. The operating result (EBIT) increased by 72.9% to CHF 66.3 million, corresponding to an EBIT margin of 7.6% (5.8%).

Zurich, August 2, 2018 – The Board of Directors of Conzzeta AG has nominated Michael König for the next Annual General Meeting on April 16, 2019 as a new member of the Board of Directors. He will replace Werner Dubach, who will step down from the board after 25 years.

Update on Q1 2018: Double-digit growth in all segments

Zurich, April 13, 2018 – The Conzzeta Group achieved revenue growth of 43.5% or CHF 430.6 million in the first quarter of 2018. Adjusted for changes in the scope of consolidation and at constant exchange rates, revenue growth amounted to 27.5%. Order intake for capital goods rose by 18.6%.

Annual results 2017: Surge in revenue and improved profitability – strengthened position in growth markets

Zurich, March 20, 2018 – The Conzzeta Group achieved revenue growth of 22.5% to CHF 1,482.8 million in 2017. The operating result (EBIT) increased by 46.0% to CHF 123.2 million. This includes a one-time gain of CHF 8.8 million from the sale of the 51% stake in the US joint venture in the FoamPartner business unit on July 1, 2017. Adjusted for this special effect, the return on net operating assets (RONOA) was 19.5% compared with 15.6% in the previous year.

Qualitatively deficient raw material delivery: Partial production and delivery suspension at FoamPartner

Zurich, October 11, 2017 – Conzzeta confirms that BASF’s deficient raw material deliveries also affect their FoamPartner business unit. In order to protect employees, customers and consumers from possible health risks, production and delivery was suspended at the Wolfhausen site on 6 October 2017. The reason for this is that BASF has supplied the plastic precursor product toluene diisocyanate (TDI) with an excessively high proportion of potentially harmful and polluting substances. The financial impact of these necessary measures cannot yet be estimated, but should be largely covered by the supplier or by existing insurance policies.

Half-Year Report at June 30, 2017: Higher profit – good order intake sustained

Zurich, August 11, 2017 – In the first half of 2017, the Conzzeta Group generated net revenue of CHF 625.9 million, up 19.3% year on year, with order intake remaining strong. The operating result increased by 46.5% to CHF 38.3 million, with an EBIT margin of 5.8% (previous year: 4.8%). The Group result amounted to CHF 30.0 million, a rise of 44.0% on the previous year's level.

Annual Results 2016: Accelerated growth and higher operating result

Zurich, March 21, 2017 – In an uneven operating environment, the Conzzeta Group generated revenue growth of 6.4%. The operating result (EBIT) was CHF 84.4 million with an EBIT margin of 6.9%, after CHF 75.9 million and 6.7% respectively on the continued business in 2015. Zurich, October 24, 2016. – Conzzeta today announces the signing of a binding agreement to acquire all shares of FMG Fördertechnik and FMG Verfahrenstechnik, Sulgen, Switzerland. The closing of the transaction is planned until the end of 2016. Half-Year Report at June 30, 2016: Stable Group result – healthy order intake

Zurich, August 12, 2016. – In the first half of 2016, the Conzzeta Group generated a Group result of CHF 20.9 million, almost stable compared with the previous year (CHF 21.2 million). On a healthy order intake, net revenue reached CHF 524.6 million (previous year CHF 543.7 million), with an operating result of CHF 26.2 million (CHF 36.5 million) and EBIT margin of 4.8% (6.5%).

Oliver Pabst new CEO of Mammut Sports Group
